SWABI: Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) arrested a terrorist from Swabi district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP), ARY News reported on Friday.
According to details,the terrorist identified as Waseem alias Kamran was nabbed in a police raid.
Last year, Police had carried out a raid for the arrest of the suspect but he managed to escape.
A police constable was also injured in the exchange of fire between terrorists and police in which a constable sustained bullet injuries.
It should be noted that several persons were reported injured in an attack on a police vehicle in Swabi on 16th January 2017.
