The approval was given during the meeting held in Islamabad today under the chair of Federal Finance Minister Ishaq Dar.
Ishaq Dar has advised for an early strategy for provision of funds for the project. The meeting also reviewed financial performance of the country.
Besides, ECC approved the purchase price of cotton. According to which government will purchase one million cotton bales through Trading Corporation of Pakistan (TCP) at Rs. 3000 per 40 kilogram.
