According to sources, police officials investigating the mysterious death of Nabiha Chaudhry have found some excerpts from her diary, which hint that the deceased CSP officer was in love with a man named Umar, a resident of Islamabad; however, they could not enter into wedlock.
The SSP Investigation, Abdur Rab stated that Nabiha had also mentioned ‘petrol’ in her writings, which were sent to the forensic lab for further examination.
He told that there are reports that Nabiha’s father was also killed in Karachi some two months ago and officials are working to find the cause of his death.
Azhar, Nabiha’s security guard told, “She had asked me to bring reasonable quantity of petrol for removing stains from her clothes, which I provided”.
Meanwhile, Nabiha’s mother and sister are reported to be on their way to Lahore from Karachi. She had arrived Lahore, this Sunday.
The deceased officer was a resident of Gulshan e Iqbal area of Karachi and the youngest of three sisters. She had graduated from the NED University in Electronics Engineering.
“The deceased officer was running a welfare school in interior Sindh and she had also transferred funds for it yesterday”, told the school principal, Mir Zaman.
