LAHORE: Captain of Pakistan cricket team Misbah ul Haq got a warm welcome at the Lahore airport on arrival from Bangladesh, being showered with rose petals despite ending runners up in Asia Cup, ARY News reported.
While talking to media on Monday, Misbah ul Haq said that "Losing the final was a disappointment, but overall it was a very good tournament and we move on with a lot of positives."
Speaking about Pakistan-India match, Misbah said winning against India was important because people have a lot of expectations and have lots of interest in it. With such performances, the morale of the team is very good.
