KARACHI: Former President Asif Ali Zardari on Sunday expressed concern over Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government’s allocation of Rs300 million to Darul Uloom Haqqania, a religious seminary located in Akora Khattak, Nowshera, ARY News reported.
