Sharjeel Memon, speaking to media outside Sindh Assembly on Monday said that the judiciary will decide about the incident as the factory fire’s case is pending in the court.
The report, prepared by the law enforcing agencies, stated that the factory was set alight on purpose after its owner refused to pay extortion amount.
More than 250 people were killed in Baldia Town factory fire, which is considered the worst of its kind in the country.
