Peshawar: Peshawar’s Shaheen Squad is setting never-seen-before examples. It has come up with an appealing initiative motivating citizens to follow rules
On all important roundabouts of the city, the Shaheen Squad is distributing gifts to people wearing seat belts and helmets, and following traffic rules. According to SSP Traffic Headquarter Riyaz Ahmed the Police reprimands citizens including VIPs on breaking rules thus, wanted to appreciate the ones following them too in an attempt to motivate others.
Gifts include water, juices, tissue papers and more. This movement is going to continue for a month where approximately 300 citizens will be given gifts every day.
