The militants surrendered to the government at a ceremony on Saturday. The Balochistan Home Minister, Chief of Marri Tribe and DIG Frontier Corps were present on the occasion.
Those who laid down arms belonged to the United Baloch Army and Baloch Liberation Army.
Later addressing a joint press conference, they said the youth working for militant organisations should join mainstream for durable peace, progress and prosperity of the province.
Home Minister said that the nationalist leaders living abroad should avoid patronising militancy in Balochistan. He asked them to return back to the country and join mainstream politics.
