The interior ministry has approved July 17, 18, 19, 20 and 21 as holidays on account of Eid-ul-Fitr. Interior Minister Chaudhary Nisar Ali Khan approved the holidays and sent it to the prime minister for final approval.
It may be noted here that July 18 (Saturday) and 19 (Sunday) are weekly off days for the federal government employees.
According to notification issued by the Ministry of Interior, the federal government employees will enjoy holidays from July 17 to July 21.
