RAWALPINDI: Two soldiers were martyred and three others were injured on Wednesday when an improvised explosive device (IED) exploded near town of Dattakhel in North Waziristan.
According to Inter-Services Public Relations, two soldiers Naik Momin Ali and Sepoy Saleem embraced martyrdom and three others were injured when a security forces vehicle struck an IED planted on the track by terrorists.
The injured were immediately evacuated to Combined Military Hospital Peshawar, said the military’s press wing.
