After the Scotland Yard handed over evidence regarding former MQM leader Imran Farooq's murder to Pakistan, 4 days prior, law enforcement agencies of Pakistan will now probe former governor of Sindh, Ishratul Ibad in relation to the crime.
The Anti-terrorism Court (ATC) hearing a case on the murder of Muttahida Qaumi Movement - Pakistan (MQM-P) today declared four accused in the homicide, wanted and absconding.
“We will extend unconditional support to Senate chairman Sadiq Sanjrani and will vote against the opposition’s no-confidence motion,” the MQM convener said
The FIA had launched a probe against the MQM leaders in 2017 for their involvement in laundering 500,000 pounds through the KKF, the charity wing of the party.
The criminal also revealed that he was helping to keep the operations of MQM-L ongoing as it continues to face difficult times due to law enforcement and internal party politics.
