According to sources, a woman was killed and two others were wounded in a gas cylinder blast at Peerchuha area of Rawalpindi.
An owner of a house and his son were severely injured in a similar incident in Lahore’s Iqbal Town.
It should be noted that gas related incidents are regularly reported across the country mostly Punjab in the winter season.
The citizens resort to gas and LPG cylinders during the cold season due to shortage of gas supply which leads to such incidents.
