KARACHI: Over dozens of fire tenders extinguished fire in a cargo boat after hectic efforts for three hours, ARY News reported on Thursday.
A cargo ship anchored at Karachi's Fish Harbour caught fire, which engulfed the ship rapidly thoroughly burning it.
Over a dozen fire tenders of Karachi Port Trust (KPT) and KMC after hectic efforts for three hours extinguished the blaze. The rapidly spreading fire also engulfed nearby boats.
An official said that it could not be established initially whether it was an incident of sabotage. An inquiry of the incident will be held decide about the cause of the fire.
