The Pakistan People’s Party MPA was talking on his mobile phone while driving when the traffic sergeant flagged him down and imposed a fine of Rs 500.
The MPA indulged in bickering for at least half an hour, arguing that he was a VIP and could not be fined.

He later said he was using his cellphone in emergency, however the traffic warden didn’t succumb to any resistance and handed a challan receipt to the MPA.
The warden responded that he was more concerned about safety of a driver, hence violating a rule will lead to fine.
