According to details, a man Sultan, married his daughter Heer to a man from Mirpur Mathelo in exchange for money.
The girl’s brother Shaman, who was opposing his father’s act, set himself on fire after the wedding.
He was rushed to a local medical facility where he is being treated for severe fire burns. The hospital staff said that 70 percent of Shaman’s body was burnt and he was in a precarious condition.
