According to the Rangers spokesperson, 178 criminals have been killed, 2787 arrested in 3285 raids since the start of operation on September 5, 2013.

The arrested include 150 target killers, 213 extortionists, 27 kidnappers and twelve terrorists. Rangers killed 178 terrorists in in 126 raids and recovered 32 abductees.

During the operation, around 4895 arms were confiscated which include machine guns, LMG, RPG, SMG, Hand grenades, rocket launchers and Improvised Explosive Devices.

Fifteen rangers personnel embraced martyrdom while forty three received severe injuries.

Morover, 190,000 different types of bullets were also recovered from criminal elements within the city.

It is pertinent to note here that Law Enforcement Agencies are busy in a targeted operation against criminal elements in the city known as Pakistan’s economic hub since September last year.
