Earlier, Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif warmly received Chinese President Xi Jinping on his arrival at Prime Minister House in Islamabad.
Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif on the occasion said Pakistan feels proud of receiving President Xi Jinping. China is most trusted friend of Pakistan. “We are determined to take this bond of friendship to the next level.”
President Xi Jinping said that the friendship between Pakistan and China is a common asset. He viewed that the bonds between the two countries are strengthening day by day. He said China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) will guide the mutual cooperation between the two countries to a new level.
