LAHORE: Punjab Chief Minister Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif on Saturday said that the 300 MW Bahawalpur Solar Power Project by Turkish investors will be completed in November this year.
Addressing different delegations of Turkish investors in Istanbul on Saturday, he said he is grateful to the Turkish leadership for their cooperation in various fields.
The Chief Minister said Bahawalpur Solar Power Project will be the first one to provide low cost electricity to the people.
Later, addressing a delegation of Pakistani students at University of Istanbul Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif said Punjab government will send more students to Turkey to learn Turkish language.
He advised Pakistani students to learn Turkish language with dedication as hard work is a key to success.
Shahbaz Sharif said all Pakistani students in Turkey are ambassador of Pakistan.
Shahbaz Sharif also visited Fatah Sultan Muhammad Hospital in Istanbul.
On this occasion, hospital administration briefed him about hospital system.
Shahbaz Sharif lauded Turkish health department’s steps to improve health sector.
