Speaking to media, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Rasheed said that the provincial government should be ashamed over its failure in the operation against Chotu Gang. He added that the rulers are in talks with the abductors for the release of kidnapped police officers.
He went to say that Pakistan Army and Rangers should take control of the operation against Chotu Gang.
“Police is suffering losses of lives in the operation. Where is the writ of the government,” he asked.
He went on to say that police officers are being abducted whereas the government has launched a movement to protect the Prime Minister.
Rasheed said that his party will continue to protest against the ruling party over the Panama Papers. He claimed that those parties, who will not be a party of the anti-corruption movement in the country, will face irreparable damage.
The opposition leader in Punjab Assembly added that the protest will continue till the rulers resign.
