KARACHI: The Sindh High Court ordered to withhold salary of secretary defence for non-submission of reply in missing person case, ARY News reported.
A two-member bench of the SHC presided over by Justice Sajjad Ali Shah was hearing the case of missing person, Muhammad Sajjad.
The court ordered withholding salary of defence secretary for his failure to submit reply in the case.
The court expressed its anger over defence secretary’s non-submission of reply and adjourned the hearing till June 12.
Muhammad Sajjad, a resident of Federal B. Area, is missing since December 26, 2012 and could not be recovered so far.
