ISLAMABAD: A Taliban commander named Tayyab was arrested from Turnol area near Islamabad, ARY News reports on Saturday.
According to sources, law enforcing agencies carried out an operation at Turnol area and arrested Tayyab. He was coming to Rawalpindi from Miranshah.
He is said to be involved in serious criminal offences in several cities of the country.
Tayyab has been shifted to an unknown location for investigation.
