The title of the new movie is Jawani Phir Nahi Aani. As can be judged from the name, the film is all about having fun and frolic at the peak of one’s life. Featuring in the movie are a mix of rising young actors and veterans such as Humayun Saeed, Hamza Ali Abbasi, Ahmed Ali Butt, Vasay Ch, Aisha Khan, Sarwat Gillani, Mehwish Hayat,Sohai Ali Abro, Javed Sheikh, Bushra Ansari, ZQ and Ismail Tara.
ARY Films officially tweeted the poster and trailer of the movie from their official Twitter account yesterday.
The trailer lets it be known that the plot will be a mix of comedy, romance, action and entertainment all meshed into one. The beautiful Mehwish Hayat is seen grooving to catchy songs with her co-stars.Overall, living life in the fast lane seems to be the focus of the entire movie, which is slated for release at the time of Eid-Ul-Azha.
The film seems to have its fair share of controversies as Hamza Abbasi is seen in the trailer stepping out from a swimming pool and ogling a female passerby. Further controversy was caused when the star decided to resign from position of secretary culture, PTI. This decision was taken by Hamza who felt he had not properly represented his country’s culture.
Mehwish Hayat sizzles the frame yet again when she steps out dripping wet from an ocean. Mehwish, who is considered an expert dancer, will have plenty of catchy tunes to groove to, with Jawani Phir Nahi Aani.
The boys seem to be having a bash and living it up. Various scenes of the gang comprising Humayun Saeed, Vasay Chaudhry, Ahmed Butt and Hamza Abbasi are seen hitting clubs, frequenting beaches and riding heavy bikes!

Pakistani film industry has seen an elevation and revival of sorts in the past couple of years due to their high budget movies and creative plots. Movies such as Waar, Operation 021 and Jalaibee and Namaaloom Afraad have given rise to careers of several promising young actors such as Hamza Ali Abbasi, Fahad Mustafa and Mohsin Abbas Haider. The film is produced by Salman Iqbal, Humayun Saeed, Mohammad Jerjees Seja & Shahzad Nasib whilst the direction has been handled by Nadeem Baig.
Let’s hope the movie lives up to its expectations as the trailer certainly looks promising. The entertainment-starved nation of Pakistan can certainly benefit from the fun-filled plot of this movie.
