KARACHI: The Karachi Stock Exchange has experienced a huge gain on Monday, KSE 100-Index closed at 23611.24 points, ARY News reported.
The 100-Index showed the positive progress of 324.18 points or 1.39 per cent on the first working day after long weekend of four holidays.
High and Low were 23675.31 and 23287.06 respectively.
Total volume traded in the market was 135,394,530.
Oil & Gas, fertilizers and cement sectors were the most traded sectors, as great interest of investors in the shares of above mentioned sectors was witnessed during the day.
Analysts said that foreign investment is the main source on boost in the Index.
