ISLAMABAD: President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko will be arriving in Pakistan on Tuesday (today) on a three-day state visit.
According to Radio Pakistan, the Pakistani and Belarus leaders are likely to sign several agreements and Memorandum of Understanding (MoUs) on the occasion.
“A business delegation comprising of 23 members from Belarus is already in Pakistan to explore mutually beneficial business opportunities through business-to-business deals with Pakistani counterparts,” state radio said.
Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and the Belarus President will open the “Fourth Pakistan-Belarus Business and Investment Forum” on Wednesday in Islamabad.
It should be noted that this is Lukashenko’s second visit to Pakistan within sixteen months.
