Most of the localities in Saddar, Garden, Lyari, Orangi, Baldia and Malir, SITE area and Nazimabad have suffered the major power outage causing hardships for the citizens.
Power utility K-electric said in a statement that 12 out of 62 grid stations of the city have been tripped. The repair work has been underway and the electricity to the affected areas will be restored within few hours.
