Kashmiris on this day in 1947 adopted a historic resolution from the platform of All Jammu and Kashmir Muslim conference in Srinagar, demanding the accession of the State of Jammu and Kashmir to Pakistan in accordance with the Partition Plan and two Nation theory.
The day is dawned with special prayers for integrity, solidarity and prosperity of Pakistan and early liberation of occupied Jammu and Kashmir.
AJK President Sardar Muhammad Yaqoob Khan and Prime Minister Chaudhry Abdul Majeed in their separate messages on the eve of Accession to Pakistan Day have said that people of Kashmir are fully determined to continue their struggle till the goal of state’s accession to Pakistan is achieved.
