RIYADH: Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, who is on private visit to Saudi Arabia, performed Umrah on Monday.
Upon his arrival at Masjed-e-Nabvi, he was received by a number of officials of the General Presidency and Special Force for Security of the Holy Mosque, said the government statement.

On June 13, PM Sharif paid a one-day visit to Saudi Arabia along with Army Chief General Qamar Javed Bajwa as the Gulf crisis widened with various Saudi allies severing diplomatic relations with Qatar.
