KARACHI:The 70th death anniversary of founder of Pakistan‚ Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah is being observed today (Tuesday) with reverence and honour.
Quran Khawani and fateha was held at the Quaid’s Mazar, while people from various walks of life visited the mausoleum to lay floral wreath and offer fateha.
Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah died on September 11, 1948 after suffering from tuberculosis. He breathed his last just over a year after he did the Muslims a great favour by acquiring a separate homeland for them.
