Police said that a Multan bound bus crashed into an oncoming truck due to which a person, identified as Nayamat Ali, was killed and 20 other people were seriously injured.
Ten of the wounded were rushed to District Headquarters Hospital Vehari whereas the rest of the injured were taken to a local medical facility for medical attendance after the accident. Drivers of both vehicles were amongst the injured.
It is said that seven people are in critical condition.
