On January 22, several students sustained injuries when two student groups – the Baloch Student Group and Islami Jamiat Talba – clashed over a cultural event.
The members of a group attacked and destroyed a stall set up in connection with the festival at the university. A group of students also ransacked and torched a chemistry lab.
