According to details, Edhi’s soyem began this morning with large number of people and political figures making it to the venue to offer condolences on the passing of revered social worker. But prolonged power outage made them suffer.
K-Electric said it’s an announced load-shedding, while area residents claim that the the power utility increased power outages on this particular day for reasons better known to them.
Howerver, residents added that the area was prone to loadshedding but the KE should have exempted it on Edhi’s soyem day.
