ISLAMABAD: Amid rising turmoil in the twin cities and PTI’s mass protest in the capital on November 2, private schools will remain closed in the capital and Rawalpindi today (Tuesday) and Wednesday, ARY News reported.
According to the President Private Schools’ Management, the decision has been taken after carefully evaluating the present situation in the twin cities and in the best interest of the students.

The federal capital and Rawalpindi remained under the grip of protests and arrests throughout the day on Monday.
Police on Monday fired tear gas to scatter hundreds of anti-government protesters heading for Islamabad after the Islamabad High Court (IHC) cleared the way for opposition leader and Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) Imran Khan to hold a mass protest on Wednesday.
