Unknown armed men opened fire at a police officer Masood, in the jurisdiction of Jamshed Quarters Police Station. The law enforcement official, who was clad in plain clothes at the time of incident, was rushed to Civil Hospital Karachi for treatment.
In another incident of firing a man named Shah Mohammad was reported wounded in firing at Allahwala Town in Korangi industrial area.
A man Zameen Gul stabbed his sister-in-law Gul Bibi over a domestic dispute in Khyber Chowk area of Baldia Town. The suspect managed to escape from the scene after stabbing.
