RAWALPINDI: The dead bodies of a young boy and girl was found inside a car from a garage in the New Town area of the city, ARY News reported.
According to Police, the car was inside the garage which was locked and the victims’ bodies were found the car. The air conditioner of the car was on and the two may have suffocated due to the buildup of carbon dioxide inside the car.
However, police have also refused to rule out poisoning or suicide. A post-mortem was conducted after which the sample of their viscera were sent to forensic laboratory to identify the actual cause of death.
They were identified as Taimur and Amna, and reportedly wanted to marry each other but their parents had objected against their relationship. Police have started further investigations.
