The slogan of ‘Go Nawaz Go’ haunted Pakistan’s Prime Minister even in New York as PTI and PAT workers reached the building well before Nawaz Sharif. Holding placards in their hands, the protesters demanded his resignation with the slogan of ‘Go Nawaz Go’.
As the protest against Sharif was going on, some PML-N workers also came up and rallied in favour of PM. The number of PML-N supporters was quite low in comparison with PTI and PAT men.
Nawaz Sharif was in New York to address United Nations General Assembly.
