According to police, unknown attackers gunned down constable Khudadad and Abdul Hafeez in Pak Colony, while another man was shot dead in Kharadar area of the metropolis.
Four others were injured due to firing in Usmanabad, Sher Shah and Super Highway link road areas.
Meanwhile, paramilitary Rangers conducted raids in Akhter Colony and rounded up seven suspects from there including an extortionist and a kidnapper.
In another targeted operation in Golden Town area, Rangers nabbed three other suspects which also included member of a banned outfit.
