One old statement has brought Indian megastar into big trouble. Sources say that Amitabh Bachchan is about to face legal tussle. Big B has been summoned by Los Angeles federal court for allegedly being the man behind carnage against Sikh’s community.
According to a New York based Sikh for Justice filed the case against Bachchan stating Bachchan’s remarks on the assassination of former Indian PM Indira Gandhi instigated the 1984 massacre against the Sikh community. Furthermore, when Indira Gandhi was shot dead by her two Sikh bodyguards Amitabh Bachchan raised the slogan “Khoon Ka Badla Khoon” on October 31st, 1984 that ignited the riots against Sikh community in India.
Amitabh Bachchan has 21 days to respond on this complain of human rights violation against him, as per the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, no response will by default drive the case against him.
