PESHAWAR: Two military Colonels martyred in yesterday’s suicide attack near Fateh Jang were laid to rest on Thursday, ARY News reported.
In an attack at a double cabin vehicle in Fateh Jang crossing near Rawalpindi on Wednesday, Colonel Zahir Shah and Colonel Arshad Hussain were killed along with three civilians.
Colonel Zahir Shah was laid to rest in Peshawar, while Colonel Arshad Hussain buried at a graveyard in Jaranwala.
Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, top military officers, political leaders and large number of people attended the funerals of the martryed soldiers.
