Court’s verdict over children custody leaves mother sobbing

The case was heard by Justice Sardar Ahmed Naeem at the LHC. A resident of Sialkot Rizwana Bibi had filed a petition at the court against forceful possession of her children by in-laws.

During the hearing, children’s grandfather said Rizwana left the home as per own wish and “she can’t properly nurture her children.”

Mother writhes in pain after separation with childrenAfter the arguments from both the sides, court ordered possession of children to the grandfather. It may be noted here that husband of Rizwana is in abroad to earn livelihood.

The woman kept sobbing in the court premises, begging possession of her children and kids were also apparently not in favour to accompany with grandfather.
