Fawad Khan refuses to shoot intimate scenes with Alia Bhatt!

TOP NEWS

It’s nice to know the lad isn’t ready to disappoint his Pakistani fans back home, who still loathe the possibility of a celebrity of their country locking lips or shooting intimate scenes on-screen.

Fawad is supposed to star in an upcoming movie Kapoor and Sons which is being directed by Shakun Batra. The film is a modern family movie, with a love triangle embedded in it. The Khoobsurat star will be featured in the film along with Bollywood’s talented cast Alia Bhatt and Sidharth Malhotra. The movie revolves around two brothers, to be played by Fawad and Sidharth, who fall in love with the same girl. According to Mumbai Mirror, Sidharth will be invovled in a steamy scene with Alia Bhatt in the film and the same was intended for Fawad Khan. However, the Pakistani heartthrob is reportedly unhappy over the scene and will have a sit-down with Karan Johar and the director to tone down the scenes.

A source revealed the following to Mumbai Mirror:-

“Fawad is not comfortable with the idea of getting physical in reel life. Even in his TV shows, Humsafar and Zindagi Gulzar Hai, which are romantic family dramas, there’s no kissing or touching involved. The sex is implied. Both his leading ladies get pregnant, though they only drink chai. Fawad is extremely sensitive to the sensibilities of his conservative countrymen and has told Shakun and Karan to water down the scene, to rely on allusion rather than actual action. And during his next visit to Mumbai they will sit down and work together on the scene to ensure that it does not spark off any controversy later.”

Fawad has previously locked lips with Sonam Kapoor, in his last year’s Bollywood debut movie Khoobsurat. The film earned Fawad laurels, as well as a Filmfare award for Best Debut (Male) and he became a sought after actor in Bollywood.
