The summer season is in full swing when we find ways to beat the heat and freshen ourselves. Red Sherbets are one of the most popular and refreshing ways.
The advent of the holy month of Ramazan is around the corner later this month. This would be an ideal and healthier way when we break our fast.
Herbalist S.A. Basit provides a new way to drink red sherbet which also helps in the digestive process. He appeared on ARY Digital’s morning show to share his simple recipe.
What you will need:
Ginger (adrak) two-inch lump soaked in water
Mint (poodina) leaves around forty pieces
Fennel seeds (Saunf) one teaspoon
Take all the ingredients and fry in water and bring to boil.
Sieve all the ingredients.
Then add four spoons of red sherbet to water.
This addition to your sherbet speeds up the detoxification process and is beneficial for maintaining a healthy stomach and kidney.
