Imran refuses to meet JI chief, says dialogue process is over

TOP NEWS

Sources in the PTI told the JI chief had sought time from Khan for a meeting to urge PTI withdraw from its call of long march, however PTI chairman refused to meet the JI chief.

Sources cited Imran Khan as saying that the time for dialogues was now over, while long march is inevitable.

He said no dialogue process could take place.

PTI has been pressing the government for holding mid-term elections and punish those found involved in the general elections last year.

On Saturday, Khan said that arrests of PTI workers and the fear of Sharif brothers showed that the existing system was not a democracy, instead a monarchy. He warned that if something happens to him, his party workers and supporters will fully avenge it from Sharif brothers.

He made this assertion during the ARY News program ‘Sawaal Ye Hai’.
