Talking to media, the KP minister said lawmakers, however, were ready to resign on directions of the party leadership – Imran Khan.
Meanwhile, the Jamaat-e-Islami and other political factions in KP have already opposed any move for dissolving assembly in the province.
PTI has announced a long march on August 14 in Islamabad and threatened to prolong it for indefinite period if their demands were not met.
The party has been pressing the government for holding mid-term polls, as it alleges the incumbent government of PML-N of having rigged the general elections of 2013 that crowned them to power.
Earlier, Law Minister of Punjab Rana Mashhood had said that KP Assembly will be dissolved if democracy is derailed in Pakistan.
