Speaking in the Sindh Assembly today, Sabzwari, who was long absent from the country after crackdown by law enforcement agencies began against MQM, said he backed the resolution against party’s founder.
The MQM leader said: “Muhajir are not traitors.”
He added that he was not supporting party founder for his statements.
He dispelled the impression that MQM Pakistan was created under fear. He stated that party leaders could have stayed abroad had they been facing any fear.
He also moaned that despite being majority, the MQM never got a high-ranked ministry.
