A sessions judge in Lahore had received the Special Court’s orders of confiscating former president General (retd) Pervez Musharraf’s property in Lahore.
The judge issued a notice to the SHO Defence area and ordered him to submit details of Musharraf’s property in the area.
The report, which was presented to the judge, states that the ex-military general has no property in the historic city.
The sessions court has issued orders to forward the report to the special court which is hearing the violation of the constitution case against Musharraf.
It should be noted that the special court in its 19th July hearing had issued orders to freeze bank accounts of Pervez Musharraf and confiscate his property.
