Dr. Tahir-ul-Qadri, addressing a rally here in Karachi via telephone, said that the rulers are responsible for the killings which took place in Lahore’s Model Town area.
The PAT Chairman also rejected the joint investigation report of the incident.
He added that the police in Punjab have been transformed into a killing force.
He said that the rulers were unable to buy the families of the deceased persons.
