The prosecution produced three witnesses as the three-member special court headed by Justice Faisal Arab resumed hearing of the Article-VI case today.
Deputy Solicitor of the Ministry of Law, Taj Rasool, recorded his statement in the court and also produced 19 documents to the bench about imposition of emergency in November 2007.
The papers also included the record of December 3, 2007, order in which the judges of higher judiciary were detained from functioning.
The counsel of Musharraf completed cross-examination of the witness.
Later, Pakistan Television’s Producer Talib Hussain recorded his statement in the court. He also produced November 03, 2007, speech footage in the court.
