KARACHI: A woman was killed and her two children sustained injuries on Wednesday night after a roof of a dilapidated house collapsed in Korangi area of the metropolis.
Reaching the spot, rescue teams recovered the body and injured from the debris, official sources said.
The injured were shifted to Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre where the doctors have pronounced their condition stable and out of danger.
The deceased has been identified as 55-year-old Nasreen. However, the identification of her two sons could not be ascertained.

In a similar incident yesterday (Wednesday), three members of a family died and two others suffered injuries when the roof of their house collapsed due to rainfall in a Gujranwala neighborhood.
