KARACHI: The mysterious knife attacker who is roaming Karachi’s streets attacking random women with a sharp object has attacked three more women in the city, ARY News reported on Wednesday.
The attacker who until today only attacked women in Gulistan-e-Jauhar area of the city, attacked all three women in separate areas of the city within an hour.
According to ARY News correspondent Salman Lodhi, the attacker attacked a woman at Gulshan-e-Jamal, one at Rashid Minhas Road and the third woman at NIPA Chowrangi near Federal Urdu University of Arts, Science and Technology campus.

At least six such attacks were carried out on girls in the last week in the area. In almost all such incidents, a biker attacked women with a sharp object leaving them severely injured.
Police’s initial report said that the attacker uses a paper cutter while attacking women not a knife.
On Saturday, police released pictures of the knife attacker.
A prize money of Rs0.5 million was also announced for anyone who comes up with any information regarding the attacker.
The pictures taken from a CCTV footage show a biker wearing a helmet and attacking random women. Police say the suspect is about 20 to 29 years old and his height ranges from 5 feet 7 inches to 5 feet 9 inch.
