Bollywood actress Hema Malini finally broke silence on Twitter and expressed sorrow for the two year-old girl that had succumbed to injuries as a result of a car accident on Thursday. After expressing her regret at the accident and loss of life, Hema blamed the father of the child in a tweet, which provoked anger and outrage on Twitter.
